The good news is: Reese doesn't have to have surgery. The bad news is: well....there is no bad news. I took him to an orthopedist and they said to just keep it straight and be very careful. They made him a splint right there in the office with this really cool stuff. They got a square of it hot and then fit it on his hand. When she had the fit she wanted she cut it out with scissors. We were fascinated. The back of his ear looks better also, now he just has to remember to take his antibiotics.
