10 Honest Things

I'm trying to think of 10 honest things about myself that anyone would want to know. Erica, since you tagged me I will try, but they may be corny.

1. I don't like change but I'm trying to work on that. Of course, I'm old and set in my ways so I don't know if that's going to work.

2. I love living in the country, even though I have to drive at least half an hour before I get to a decent grocery store.

3. I love to read, mostly crime or psychological drama.

4. I am obsessed with my Nintendo DS. Jon got it for me for Christmas (wonderful man). He also got me a crossword puzzle game which I have yet to stop playing.

5. I hate being the center of attention, it makes me uncomfortable. I go out of my way to blend in.

6. I hate drama in my life. I like everything on an even keel. It's hard to do this with 3 kids in the house but I try anyway for some reason.

7. I am a neat freak, which is also hard to do with 3 kids in the house. Jon doesn't help much himself. I have to be careful to remember that it doesn't have to be perfect or I'll go crazy. It's getting easier, right now my car looks like a bomb went off in it.

8. I LOVE my dog, Lucky. There is nothing more to say about this subject, except now I'm going outside to hug him.

9. My idea of a good vacation is going somewhere and not having to do anything. There are sights to see and I want to lay on the bed that I don't have to make and read my book, play my DS or watch t.v. I can shop for a little bit but I don't need to see everything. I just want to rest.

10. I like people that don't ask anyone to do things that they are not willing to do themselves. Suck it up and do it.
