Pimple or ???

Reese has something behind his ear but we're not sure what it is. His Momma tried to pop it and I've tried to pop it but nothing comes out. I put some high powered antibiotic ointment on it to see if it'll do anything. I'm sure y'all really want to hear this but I'm telling you anyway. It gets even better there's a picture that he wants me to post. Whatever makes him happy.
