Roaring Springs

We made our first trek to Roaring Springs this afternoon. I was too wimpy to get in the water but the kids got in. For those of you who don't know anything about the springs, the water is very cold and stays that way year round. Reagan decided that it was better to just jump in and Reese felt the same way. Sage got in up to her waist and then got back out. After she and Reese went hiking she decided that she was sufficiently hot enough to get all the way in. After we were finished at the pool area we went down to the creek. Reese and Sage tried to build a dam and Reagan found several shells to bring home for her collection. Unfortunately I forgot my camera, maybe next time.
