Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers everywhere. Reagan and I went to the Mother's Day brunch at the church yesterday morning. They had finger foods and a presention by a couple of ladies from New Mexico. They did an excellent job. Afterward we went to Lubbock and shopped around. I needed some make up and hose so we went to the mall, where Reagan made me walk around and look. I wore the wrong shoes for that. Reese has spent the whole weekend with his grandparents, it's very quiet without him and Sage went to a wedding yesterday afternoon. Aaron got back from his senior trip to Disneyworld last night and Sage was very excited for him to be back. The girls made me a card but I bought my own present, at least I thought that I bought my own present. Jon's planting cotton so I the girls were trying to figure out how to get me something. I told them not to worry about it I'd get myself a candle. I got myself a candle and new colored glass goblet. I inherited my grandmother's collection and I'm adding to it. Jon called a little while ago and said that he got Nana to get me something (THANKS NANA, I say that a lot). He also said that I couldn't have it until he got home and he would try to be here sometime this afternoon barring a breakdown. I told him that I was a big girl and I could wait until he got here. I'm trying to be patient.
