I had my first ultrasound this morning and guess what.....it's a baby. They decided from the size and measurements (blah, blah, blah) that I'm due on Halloween. I know I'm not lucky enough for that to actually happen. I love Halloween. My Mom says that it feels real now. This will be her first biological grandchild. She had given up on my brother or I ever reproducing. I think my brother is more excited than my Mom. He loves kids and will even change diapers. I'm just happy that it's not twins. I'm not prepared for that, of course, who is. They said the heartbeat sounded fine and everything looked good.

Yes, we are definitely going to find out if it's a boy or a girl. I need to prepare.
Yay! Ryan was due on Nov 1 and we joked that if he came on Halloween that we would name him Jack (get it? Jack O'Lantern?) Anyway, he had other plans and arrived Oct 1. So excited for you, and can't wait to meet this little one!
