I am finally getting some painting done. I have procrastinated on the wall we added for 3 months and it is now painted. I just have to touch it up in a few places and catch the molding that I didn't get done and I will be finished with the entrance hall. Then I get to paint all of the new trim around the windows and I have 2 days to get it done because the kids will be back Sunday. Their rooms, right now, look like everything is piled on the beds. All the stuff that was around the windows and I can't put the blinds or curtains back up until the trim is painted. Jon is currently putting up a basketball goal, which is taking forever. You have to fill the hole with concrete and put the pole in it and then when that finally sets, you have to fill the pole with concrete. It will be a very sturdy basketball goal, ready to withstand West Texas wind. I also bought 3104 pounds of rock yesterday to line my flower beds, so guess what I'm doing when I'm through painting.
