Retirement

I went to Amarillo to my old supervisor's retirement party yesterday, actually he and his wife both retired (Dave and Carolyn). They both worked at the same place for over 16 years and while I wouldn't say that he was actually her boss he was the supervisor. There were people I hadn't seen in a long, long time and I hadn't been in the building for over a year. It was nice see everyone and visit but I was glad I didn't have to stay. It will be wierd not think of them being there. I always had someone to call if I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night (they worked 6pm to 6am) but one of my other friends is taking Dave's place so I guess I still will.
